Returns

Due to the nature of our products — including fresh flowers, cakes, chocolates, and custom arrangements — we do not accept returns for most items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the promised quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue.

Refunds

If your complaint is verified, we will offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For cases where a replacement is possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within a limited time frame before the scheduled delivery.

To cancel an order, contact our customer support immediately with your order details.

If cancellation is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Custom orders, personalized messages, or arrangements cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
